The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Exhaust Valve for KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles is precision CNC-machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel. It features a stellite-tipped design and is impregnated using a specialized German process to enhance wear resistance and reduce friction. This process provides superior durability compared to hard chrome and electrolysis nickel plating. Each valve is engineered using Finite Element Analysis software and undergoes rigorous flow bench testing to optimize performance. The Black Diamond™ coating offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. For proper installation, Kibblewhite® Lightweight Valve Spring Kits must be used. Sold individually.
