The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Exhaust Valve for the YZ250F is a high-performance, CNC-machined valve made from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel. It features a proprietary multi-stage process that enhances wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion. Designed for durability, this valve is stellite-tipped and impregnated through a specialized German process that improves wear properties beyond those of hard chromium or electrolysis nickel plating. The precision-engineered profile ensures excellent flow characteristics, and the valve's surface finish is carefully controlled for optimal performance. For proper installation, Kibblewhite® Lightweight Valve Spring Kits must be used. Sold individually.
