The Kibblewhite Black Diamond Intake Valve for the YZ250F is CNC-machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring durability and high performance. It features a Stellite-tipped design and undergoes a special German impregnation process, enhancing wear resistance and reducing friction. This treatment outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating in corrosion and wear resistance. The valve's lightweight construction and optimized profile contribute to excellent flow characteristics. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis and tested on a computerized flow bench. A 360-degree anode process is used to achieve a high-grade hard chrome finish. Must be used with Kibblewhite Lightweight Valve Spring Kits. Sold individually.
