The Kibblewhite C630 Racing Bronze Valve Guide is a high-performance intake and exhaust guide designed for Honda applications. Precision-machined from C630 nickel bronze, it features 80% copper for excellent heat conductivity, 5% nickel for superior wear resistance, and 10% aluminum for compatibility with aluminum cylinder heads. The guide's profile is designed to minimize airflow obstruction while maintaining critical thickness in high-temperature areas, enhancing both performance and durability. Its tapered nose improves flow characteristics, and the flange ensures correct protrusion for optimal seal-to-retainer clearance. A radius transition from the nose to the main body prevents galling during installation. With tight concentricity tolerances, these guides ensure precise alignment between the valve seat and guide, reducing material removal during valve jobs and maintaining consistent chamber volumes. The C630 material's high resistance to wear and corrosion allows for tighter clearances, leading to better valve-to-seat sealing and improved oil control. These guides accept OEM-style top hat seals (sold separately), have an overall length of 2.40", a top diameter of 0.560", and are machined for standard 0.420" seals.
