The DID 428HD Standard Series Chain is a heavy-duty roller chain designed for motorcycles and other applications up to 125cc. Compared to the standard 428D chain, the 428HD features reinforced, thicker plates for increased durability and a higher tensile strength. It has an average tensile strength of 5,250 lbs. and is built with anti-kink riveted bushings and solid rollers for improved performance. The chain is shot-peened and pre-stretched for longevity and includes a clip link for easy installation. Key specifications include a pin length of 0.744", a pin diameter of 0.177", and an overall weight of 2.2 lbs. per 100 links.
