The Cylinder Works Big Bore Cylinder Kit is a ready-to-install upgrade designed to enhance engine performance and longevity. Featuring a nickel silicon carbide-plated sleeve, this cylinder offers increased durability and reduced engine noise. It is honed to exact specifications for easy piston installation and looks virtually identical to OEM cylinders. Each kit includes a cylinder, matched Vertex piston, piston rings, pin, clips, and gaskets. No machine work is required for installation unless otherwise noted. This kit is available in standard bore, high-compression standard bore, and big bore configurations. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are also available.
