The 4" Sidewinder Big Bore Kit is a bolt-on upgrade designed to increase engine displacement and performance without the need for crankcase modifications, machining, or engine removal. This kit is compatible with TC88, TC96, and TC103 engines, boosting TC88 engines to 100 cubic inches and TC96/TC103 engines to 110 cubic inches. Key features include cast aluminum cylinders with cast ductile iron liners for superior heat transfer and improved ring seal. The kit delivers a 10.5:1 compression ratio (with stock 85cc heads), providing a reliable and street-friendly performance boost that pairs well with performance cams. The complete package includes cylinders, forged pistons, rings, piston pins, clips, and gaskets, all pre-fitted for easy installation. Note: this kit is not compatible with S&S 79cc heads.
