The Renthal Fatbar 821 is a premium motocross handlebar designed for high performance and durability. Constructed from Renthal's exclusive 7010-T6 aluminum alloy, it features a braceless design to reduce weight while maintaining exceptional strength. The tapered outer wall transitions from a 1-1/8" (28.6mm) clamping diameter to a 7/8" (22.2mm) control area, allowing compatibility with standard controls. Engineered for optimal comfort and control, the Fatbar's design provides a natural level of flex to absorb vibrations. A 5mm wall thickness at the bends enhances durability, while the shot-peened and anodized finish resists corrosion. The laser-etched positioning grid ensures precise setup, and the knurled clutch-side bar end prevents grip slippage. This model, finished in orange, is designed to fit KTM SX125-450 (2016+), as well as select Suzuki MX and Enduro models. It measures 813mm in width, with a height of 78mm, a rise of 42mm, a clamp area width of 150mm, a sweep of 54mm, and a control length of 200mm. The Fatbar requires 1-1/8" bar mounts for installation and includes an updated injection-molded foam bar pad for added protection and durability.
