The Arai Ram-X Helmet features an intermediate oval shape, which fits the majority of head shapes in North American markets. The Variable Axis System (VAS) pivot cover is designed to provide a smoother shell for improved impact deflection. The VAS-Z shield system allows for a lower pivot point, improving the helmet's ability to slide smoothly upon impact. The helmet includes a one-piece, multi-density EPS liner and Z Resin shell construction to enhance strength while reducing weight. The Pro Shade System adapts to varying light conditions, ensuring optimal visibility without sacrificing impact absorption performance. Glasses wearers will appreciate the removable foam in the earcup area for easy fitment. The earcups are easily removable and washable. The VAS-Z shield accepts the VAS-Z Pinlock® lens, and a Pinlock® 120 fog-resistant lens is included.
