The Arai Ram-X helmet features an intermediate oval shape, fitting the majority of head shapes in North America. The Variable Axis System (VAS) shield pivot cover is smaller and lower, providing a smoother shell that enhances impact deflection. The VAS-Z shield system allows for a lower pivot point, improving the helmet's ability to slide smoothly upon contact. A one-piece, multi-density EPS liner enhances protection, while the Z Resin construction strengthens the shell while reducing weight. The Pro Shade System adapts to varying light conditions without compromising impact performance.
